TactIntentNet is the first open-source system to decode football tactical intent from player freeze-frames using a causal graph neural network (GATv2). It computes an Opponent Tactical Deviation Score (OTDS) via Gaussian Mixture Models, detects real-time tactical shifts, and surfaces plain-English coaching alerts through a Qwen 2.5 1.5B LLM. The interactive demo features 5 integrated views: live intent feed, deviation timeline with side-by-side comparison, counterfactual explorer, causal attention graph with AI assistant, and exportable match reports. The entire pipeline runs on a single AMD Instinct MI300X with 192GB HBM3 unified memory, achieving ~12ms inference latency at 80 fps via ROCm 6.2 and PyTorch Geometric.
