NexusMind is an AI-powered knowledge management platform designed as a next-generation alternative to Graphy. It solves the core shortcomings of existing tools by combining an interactive knowledge graph with local LLM integration, semantic search, and a futuristic dark metallic interface. The platform allows users to create knowledge nodes (notes, research, meetings, code snippets, articles), automatically link them via AI-suggested connections, and visualize relationships through an interactive Plotly graph. Every node can be summarized using Ollama Cloud (Gemma 4) or HuggingFace inference, and users can ask natural language questions across their entire knowledge base through a built-in RAG pipeline. Key features include: (1) Node CRUD with rich metadata — title, content, type, tags, timestamps; (2) Interactive graph visualization with pan, zoom, and hover details; (3) AI-powered summarization with adjustable output length; (4) RAG Q&A chat that retrieves relevant context before generating answers; (5) Auto-tagging suggestions via LLM; (6) Smart link recommendations based on content similarity; (7) Full-text search across titles, content, and tags; (8) Sharp 90° metallic UI with gold/silver/white accents for a premium feel. Built with Streamlit, SQLite, Plotly, and integrated with Ollama Cloud + HuggingFace Inference API. The entire app runs in a Docker container on HuggingFace Spaces, making it instantly deployable and accessible. NexusMind keeps data under user control while delivering AI insights — no proprietary lock-in, fully functional AI features, and a modern interface that actually works.
