There is a massive medical crisis going on in parts of India, Africa, South America and SE Asia, especially in the rural areas. The doctor to patient ratio is so alarmingly low that doctors cannot fulfil their duties with utmost care and efficacy. Moreover rural folks are usually less tech savvy and educationally backward, leading to them not fully following doctor's advice or doing regular checkups. Which is why CHWs exist. While their work is commendable globally, they have their own special problems. Lack of formal medical education, digital tooling and poor ratios have also led to them not being deployed super effectively. And hence HealthRanger exists. HealthRanger augments CHWs with better tools for more effective medical surveys and referrals, automated follow-up tools and AI powered case management software at their tooltips. HealthRanger offers some of the following cutting-edge features at the disposal of CHWs: - Periodic surveys by CHWs of any skill level; powering them with AI powered up-to-date medical knowledge base - Augments survey questions with real time intelligence using AI transcription and AI powered suggestions/alerts/reminders/follow-up questions generation - Helps with case management; reduces error due to manual scribing using AI scribe - Creates real time alerts to inform other CHWs/health ministry with updates on outbreaks - Automated follow-ups/reminders for patients via Twilio and AI powered phone calls

Small companies have a high rate of mortality, with a maximum of three years of existence. Among the reasons for a high number of companies closing doors, the lack of financial control is one of them. Currently solutions require finance knowledge or Excel skills, or are complicated to be used. WhatsPOS supports micro and small companies to control their finance numbers via WhatsApp, using simple text messages. WhatsPOS merges the usability, easy to access, and customer familiarity of such apps (available in more than 90% of mobile phones in several countries) with IBM Granite LLMs to organise companies' figures. It does by transforming common messages into financial statements and commands control. WhatsPOS works by translating sentences users share like "paid 100 products" or "sold 400 debit" or "profit", and providing graphics and analysis of the business. There is no need to use Excel software or expensive and complex finance solutions.
