Pulse: A Real-Time Trust Layer for LLM Responses
Pulse is a lightweight trust-verification layer built to solve one of the biggest blockers to deploying AI in production: knowing when to trust what the model says. Instead of a single black-box answer, Pulse runs every response through three independent checks — groundedness (is the answer actually supported by its source material?), relevance (does it genuinely address the question?), and consistency (does the model give the same answer when the question is rephrased?). Each check is scored separately rather than blended into one vague number, because a correct-but-unhelpful answer and a confident hallucination are two very different failure modes that deserve different fixes. Built with a live dashboard showing real query history, cost, and trust scores, Pulse demonstrates a scalable pattern for making AI-generated answers auditable, not just plausible — a foundation for the "operating layer" enterprise AI deployments will increasingly need.
