We’ve seen flashy demos of OpenAI GPT purchasing products online. OpenAI together with Stipe also introduced a protocol for agentic commerce, called ACP. This announcement came one month after Google Releasing their Agentic Payment protocol (AP2) boasting support with partners like MasterCard, Adyen and Paypal. And to finish the story of rising Agentic Commerce, earlier this year (May 2025) Coinbase brought their x402 protocol for internet-native payments. The problem? Every implementation of these agentic commerce protocols needs humans in the loop. It looks like AI but in really it isn’t – they are humans inside and mostly when it comes to the payments. That is why we are brining the Arc Pay - first agentic wallet. Built from the ground up on Arc and using USDC - Arc Pay equips agents with the knowledge and tools needed to make a payment ~~autonomously~~ without humans in the loop while also providing guiderails to agents’ spending. When agent owners sets up the Arc Pay they define the guiderails, payment methods, shipping address for physical goods. Agent’s then follow these policies and autonomously buy from trusted sellers in a secured and controllable manner.
