This workflow is an end-to-end intelligent data intake and risk management solution. It takes in inputs from multisource, document files, email text, and JSON metadata, utilizing an intermediary agent that normalizes all this disparate information into a single unified text block (Block 3). This normalized text is used as input for the Extract Key Fields Agent, Block 4, producing structured JSON data for all the required entities: IDs, amounts, dates, and so on. The core innovation here is in the parallel decision blocks-Blocks 5 and 6-applying strict, customized business logic. The Check Risk Flags Agent in Block 6 implements the AND condition to check the integrity of data against high-risk criteria; this will ensure that a case is flagged only when a critical safety requirement fails. The resultant set of flags is then processed by the Auto Review Agent at Block 7 to arrive at the final decision. Finally, the workflow routes the request through either the automated finalizer step, Block 8, or the Human Review Initializer, Block 9, ensuring a transparent and auditable audit trail for every case submitted.
