Arc Wardens then generates a personalized outreach draft using real contact metadata, supports iterative edits in-chat, and executes email delivery via Gmail (restricted to safe test recipients for demo). What makes it arc + Circle-centric is the payment and accountability layer: each high-impact action can require a USDC payment confirmation, designed for Circle wallet flows, enabling pay-per-action “micropayments” for agent runs. The result is a verifiable campaign pipeline with analytics and a replayable workflow log—an “on-chain-style” execution ledger for outbound campaigns that can be re-run later with the same steps and cost model.
