AI Payments Approval And Fraud Intelligence is a real time decisioning system that automates payout approvals while detecting fraud early and transparently. The system fully covers the core challenge requirements by instantly approving low risk payouts, escalating suspicious cases for human review, and blocking high confidence fraud using real time risk scoring. Beyond the core features, the project introduces several advanced capabilities that significantly enhance how fraud teams operate. Each decision is not only scored, but also self evaluated using confidence and regret metrics, allowing the system to measure how sure it is about its own decisions and improve over time through human feedback. Risk is tracked as a trajectory per user, making it possible to identify rising fraud risk before an incident occurs. Generative AI is deeply integrated to convert raw fraud signals into clear natural language explanations, generate counterfactual guidance, power natural language fraud investigations, describe emerging fraud patterns, summarize fraud networks, and assist human reviewers during overrides. The system also supports bulk incident response and produces daily intelligence reports for operations teams. The result is not just an approval engine, but a full payments intelligence platform designed for trading platforms and fintech companies that require speed, explainability, and continuous learning.
