VisionDraft is an AI-powered planning workspace that helps startups, SMEs, and engineering teams turn scattered project requirements into structured execution plans. In many teams, requirements come from meeting notes, chats, voice calls, and rough client requests. Without dedicated PMs or business analysts, these inputs often remain unclear, causing scope changes, stakeholder misalignment, unstable timelines, and extra planning burden on senior engineers. VisionDraft solves this by allowing users to upload requirement documents or paste raw requirement text, then automatically generating structured project proposals, system diagrams, development workflows, risk insights, open questions, and a document-aware AI chat interface. The goal is not only to summarize documents, but to reveal what is missing, unclear, or risky before development begins. IBM Bob played a central role in our project workflow. We used IBM Bob Planning Mode to brainstorm and refine the initial idea, then turned it into a structured product direction. After that, we created an IBM Bob Step-by-Step Execution Plan covering frontend, backend, and testing scopes. During development, we used a Multi-Agent Development Workflow with custom Bob configurations for frontend, backend, and testing. Each custom Bob had role-specific instructions, code style guidance, development behavior, and hackathon-focused execution rules, helping the team move faster from idea to planning, implementation, and validation.
