This project introduces an AI-native hospitality system designed to operate hotels and restaurants with a high degree of autonomy. Instead of traditional software workflows, the system is built as a multi-agent architecture, where specialized AI agents collaborate to manage real-world business operations. At the core, the system consists of key agents: A Guest Agent that handles all customer interactions, including inquiries, bookings, and service requests through natural conversation. A Booking Agent that manages reservations, availability, and pricing execution. An Operations Agent that coordinates real-world tasks such as housekeeping, service delivery, and issue tracking. A Revenue Agent that continuously optimizes pricing and demand based on system data. A Decision Agent that resolves edge cases, applies policies, and escalates complex situations to human staff when necessary. An Orchestrator that ensures all agents collaborate in a controlled, conflict-free workflow. All agents operate on top of a unified state layer, which serves as the single source of truth for guest data, reservations, operational status, and business metrics. The system follows an AI-first, human-in-the-loop model: Routine operations are fully automated. Humans intervene only in critical, ambiguous, or high-impact situations. This architecture enables: Reduced operational cost Faster response to guests Consistent service quality Scalable business operations Beyond hospitality, this project demonstrates a broader vision: transitioning from traditional software systems to autonomous, agent-driven business operations.
