EntryPoint is a global visa document readiness platform designed to make travel preparation clearer, safer, and more affordable. Many people do not know which documents they need for a visa or whether their documents are complete until they have already spent money, lost time, or reached a border. This uncertainty can lead to rejected applications and unsafe or irregular travel decisions. The platform lets an applicant select their origin country, destination country, and visa type, then upload supporting documents such as passports, bank statements, travel itineraries, insurance, and application forms. OCR extracts text from uploaded images and PDFs. DeepSeek AI then analyzes each document, identifies its type, checks for issues, and compares it against the visa requirements. EntryPoint saves document classifications, AI analysis results, readiness scores, and summaries so applicants can return later and continue from where they stopped. Users can also send questions to an administrator. Administrators can reply, mark queries resolved, manage visa requirements, and create country-specific inclusion or exclusion rules. The frontend is built with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. FastAPI powers the backend. Supabase provides the database and document storage. The AI workflow uses DeepSeek through an OpenAI-compatible Fireworks API. The project is designed for deployment on AMD Developer Cloud and managed through GitHub.
