SmartSpendMoneyWithAI is a next-gen financial assistant designed to make your money talk—literally. Powered by Groq’s blazing-fast inference and Meta’s Llama models, this project retrieves structured financial data such as net worth, assets, liabilities, expenses, and credit score through a custom form-based MCP (Model Context Protocol) built specifically for this hackathon. The assistant supports natural language queries like: “Can I afford a new car?” “Where am I overspending?” “How can I grow my net worth?” It processes this data using Groq’s ultra-low latency inference and Meta’s Llama models to generate personalized insights, simulate financial scenarios, and display dynamic charts in a secure, chat-based interface. Although we currently use a custom simulated MCP, our architecture is built to support future integration with platforms like Fi MCP, enabling real-time access to financial data. This AI assistant empowers users with intelligent financial decision-making—making budgeting, planning, and investing conversational, personalized, and visual.
