The system leverages extensive data, including 2,000+ dishes, 500+ local ingredients, and global health datasets like NHANES, ensuring culturally relevant and scientifically grounded suggestions. Hosted on Google Cloud, NutriCare Agents offers a multi-modal interface (chat, voice, visuals) for accessibility, particularly for people with disabilities and the elderly. It tackles rising nutrition-related diseases, promotes sustainable eating, and reduces healthcare disparities. With a roadmap for expansion to diverse groups like children and athletes, NutriCare Agents aims to enhance community health, foster social equity, and drive sustainable food practices across Vietnam.
