AGNI (AI Guard against Neutralising Intent) is a real-time women’s safety system designed to prevent acid attacks before they happen. Powered by IBM Bob’s AI reasoning, AGNI silently monitors surroundings, detects suspicious behavior patterns, and instantly alerts the potential victim, giving her a critical 10-second window to escape danger. The system works completely hands-free — without requiring the victim to unlock or touch her phone. Once a threat is detected, AGNI activates voice alerts, captures evidence through the device camera and audio system, and automatically notifies nearby authorities, emergency contacts, and police with live location details. Unlike traditional emergency apps that react only after an attack occurs, AGNI focuses on proactive threat detection and rapid response. By combining AI-powered behavioral analysis, real-time surveillance, automated emergency communication, and instant evidence collection, AGNI aims to reduce casualties, increase survival chances, and support faster law enforcement action during acid attack attempts.
