We are building domain-specialized AI agents that replace 50–70% of the judgment work inside study-abroad consulting and English test-prep. Instead of automating small tasks, our system automates end-to-end reasoning: school matching, essay evaluation, scoring, requirement parsing, deadline tracking, teacher routing, and personalized strategy. These steps normally require experienced consultants and do not scale with human labor. Agencies run on our multi-tenant AI operating system, where multiple agents collaborate to execute complete workflows from intake to submission. Each agent performs structured, auditable reasoning over policies, program data, and historical outcomes, delivering consistent consultant-level decisions at far higher throughput. For students, we provide instant university matching, essay scoring, and IELTS/TOEFL prediction—creating a high-value acquisition funnel that naturally drives B2B adoption. This leap is possible now because LLMs can finally perform reliable multi-step educational reasoning, while the industry faces rising labor costs and a shortage of qualified teachers. What used to be “optional automation” has become core infrastructure for agencies. Our system is powered by a global university knowledge graph covering 1,500+ institutions with structured program data, requirements, rankings, deadlines, and essay prompts. This provides the domain context needed for agents to produce consistent, explainable, policy-aligned decisions that competitors cannot easily replicate. We already have 200+ weekly active students and three agency pilots, including one paying customer. Agencies continuously request deeper automation because our system increases consultant productivity by 2–3× while standardizing quality. By automating judgment—not just tasks—we are creating scalable AI infrastructure for study-abroad and English-prep operations, with broad applicability to other credentialing and training workflows.
