BiasharaMind is an AI-powered business consultant for small and medium-sized enterprises. Many SME owners lack affordable access to structured business advisory support, even though they need help understanding their business performance, identifying priorities, and planning practical growth actions. BiasharaMind solves this by guiding users through a business profile and assessment, then transforming their inputs into clear diagnostics, prioritized business issues, growth roadmaps, and easy-to-understand reports. The platform is designed for SME owners, startup founders, and small business operators who need practical guidance without hiring expensive consultants. Instead of giving generic AI advice, BiasharaMind combines deterministic business scoring with AI-assisted interpretation, roadmap planning, governance checks, repair loops, and final report writing. This makes the output more structured, traceable, and relevant to the business context. For the AMD hackathon, BiasharaMind uses AMD Developer Cloud GPU infrastructure to run and test open LLM inference through vLLM using an OpenAI-compatible API. This allows the platform to generate AI-powered business guidance using models such as Qwen while maintaining a governed product workflow. The long-term goal is to make business consulting more accessible, affordable, and actionable for SMEs, especially in emerging markets where professional advisory support can be costly or limited.
