About me
Leyokki (199 [1990], France) is an artist and film maker. He engages cinema as a musical practice, through the use of non-verbal sense and real-time film performances. His pieces focuses on the materiality of images, thereby creating a narrative of forms and textures. These pieces can be pre-recorded or played live, through the use of “motion scores”, a system of notation he created to describe the visual part of his cinegraphies.
