Autonomous Showrunner is an AI stream director that takes production off the streamer's plate. It watches both the Twitch chat and the actual gameplay on screen, understands what's happening, and acts on its own — switching OBS scenes, firing sound effects, posting chat messages and on-screen overlays, reacting to raids and subs, and launching boss-fight polls the moment a fight begins. It plugs into a streamer's existing Firebot + OBS setup, so there's nothing to rebuild, and ships as a single executable that Firebot launches automatically — no terminal, no config files. Trust is built in: a Shadow Mode logs every decision, with the AI's reasoning, without acting — so streamers can watch it think for a whole stream before enabling it. Cooldowns, per-action toggles, and a kill switch keep it from ever spamming or hijacking the broadcast. AMD powers the entire brain. Every model call runs on AMD: the fast reflex classifier, the reasoning planner, and the vision model that reads the screen are all served through Fireworks AI on AMD Instinct MI300X GPUs. For resilience and fully-offline use, Showrunner also supports a self-hosted multimodal model running locally on AMD via ROCm (or on an AMD cloud GPU), with automatic failover — so if the cloud drops, the show keeps running on AMD hardware.
