About me

I'm Juan Raul , a Multi-Entrepreneur, architect, and now a Businessman, in this moment I am Co-Founder, and COO of Luxia Labs, one of most successful young architecture firms located at Dominican Republic. I have been fortunate enough to conceptualize and lead the design of more than 50 projects, specializing in real estate projects that are both visually profound, functional and profitable to developers. In Luxia Labs we have our own real state projects too. In my life I had the privilege of founding and serving as the CEO of a successful gastronomy business that included multiple franchise kitchens in different locations throughout the city, and a frozen food retail and distribution business in the entire country. It was an incredible experience to bring unique and unforgettable dining experiences to people, while also learning how to manage complex logistics and supply chain operations. As the Principal Architect at Luxia Labs, my approach is to combine aesthetics with functionality in every design. I am committed to creating innovative solutions to complex problems, delivering exceptional results for my clients, and improving the quality of life of the people who will inhabit the spaces we create. My passion for nature, wellbeing, and travel has led me to explore different cities to study human behavior and understand the impact of the built environment and innovative business solutions on people's lives. Through these travels, I have come to believe that architecture and entrepreneurship can play an important role in creating a better world. My mission is to create positive change in the world through my thoughts and business. I believe that true success is not measured by the amount of wealth or status one attains, but by the positive impact one has on others. I am always eager to collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations to drive innovation and growth in the industry.
