I'm Ismail Ahmed Shah — a professional with a diverse career journey across pharmaceuticals, healthcare operations, logistics, and terminal management. My career began as a Marketing Executive in the pharmaceutical sector, where I quickly advanced to Assistant Area Sales Manager. Over the years, I expanded my expertise across multiple operational roles, eventually joining Karachi International Container Terminal (KICT) in 2016, where I continue to serve as a Yard Planner, ensuring efficient container flow and operational excellence. Today, I am transitioning into the world of technology, focusing on Agentic AI, Python, TypeScript, and Next.js through the Governor House Karachi’s intensive program. With a BSc from Karachi University and a deep passion for coding, I’m committed to building meaningful digital solutions and stepping confidently into the future of AI and web development. Always learning. Always evolving. Always striving to create impact. Let’s connect and grow together.

Crisis Resource Locator is an AI-driven disaster response platform designed to help people find critical resources instantly during emergencies. When a user taps for help, the system uses geolocation, a Watsonx reasoning agent, and FastAPI-powered skills to identify the nearest open shelters, food banks, medical points, or police stations. The platform aggregates real-time alerts, supports crowdsourced status updates, and can operate through SMS when internet access is limited. The goal is simple: deliver life-saving information within seconds, reduce panic, and guide users safely during floods, earthquakes, fires, or any crisis. By combining intelligence, speed, and accessibility, this project ensures support is always one tap—or one text—away.
