🔸Problem: Humanitarian aid faces chronic issues of mismanagement, lack of transparency, and unverifiable delivery. Donors—including NGOs, DAOs, and individuals—struggle to trust whether aid reaches its intended recipients. 🔸Solution: DeBridgeCare solves this by combining Solana and Qubic into a cross-chain donation system. Donors pledge aid on Solana, while Qubic acts as a decentralized trust oracle. Verifiers on the ground submit proof (e.g. photos, GPS, QR), and Qubic’s quorum logic validates authenticity. Only verified deliveries trigger smart contracts to release funds.
