Our project, the Agentic AI Prescription Assistant, reimagines how doctors, patients, and pharmacies interact during the prescription process. Doctors often spend 3–5 minutes per patient on repetitive prescription writing, leading to inefficiencies, miscommunication, and errors. Patients and pharmacists struggle with illegible handwriting, delays, and missing details. We solve this by enabling doctors to simply speak, and the system instantly generates a structured, digital prescription. Audio is processed with AIMLAPI for speech-to-text transcription, then refined and structured by Groq (Mistral AI) for accuracy and clarity. Prescriptions are automatically shared with the patient’s app (clear, multilingual instructions) and the pharmacy agent (for immediate fulfillment). Integrated with Solana + Crossmint, the assistant also supports seamless payments, reducing friction and ensuring transparency. Built with FastAPI, React, Cloudinary, and Coral Protocol, our system is interoperable, scalable, and ready for integration across healthcare ecosystems. We have already started pilots across Asian clinics and pharmacies, demonstrating real-world impact by saving time, improving clarity, and building trust.

Smartgrade.ai is a simplified web-based platform designed to streamline the process of uploading, sharing, and grading exam solutions between teachers and students. The system allows teachers to upload an exam solution file, which generates a unique URL that can be shared with students. When students access the link, they are presented with the teacher's uploaded solution and a form to upload their scanned answers. Upon submission, the system processes the student's file, grades it using predefined logic, and generates a detailed PDF report. The report is then emailed to the teacher, ensuring zero manual effort in exam checking!

Pulse-X is an advanced fitness, health, and nutrition app designed to support users in achieving a balanced and healthy lifestyle. This app tracks key health metrics such as heart rate, walking steps, active time, and calories burned, giving users real-time insights into their physical activity. By integrating with smart bands, Pulse-X ensures precise tracking of fitness and health data, making it easier to monitor progress. One of the standout features of Pulse-X is its AI-powered suggestions, which provide users with customized recommendations to enhance their fitness routines and overall well-being. Additionally, the app offers a 30-day personalized diet and fitness plan, crafted to meet individual health goals. It also comes equipped with a unique object detection feature that identifies food items through pictures and provides detailed nutritional information, including calories, protein, and fat content.
