About me
I am Hélder José Sebastião, a Full Stack Web Developer from Angola, Africa, with a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development. My journey into programming began back in 9th grade, when what started as curiosity quickly turned into a real passion and, eventually, a career path. In high school, I completed a Technical Informatics program, where I gained a solid understanding of programming and several other areas of technology that continue to shape my work today. My experience includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern technologies such as React, Angular, Express.js, Nest.js, and Next.js. Over the years, I have worked as a freelance developer, mentored high school students in programming, and contributed to projects for different companies. One of my recent accomplishments was delivering the backend and administrative system for a delivery and courier company that serves fast food and similar businesses, helping build a practical solution tailored to their operations. I am currently developing a professional platform for a psychology professional, bringing together a portfolio, blog, and online consultation services in a single web solution, with the goal of making it both effective and competitive within the healthcare space. I also work as a Full Stack Developer and Software Development Manager at m3tech, where I help build and maintain the company’s web systems while also contributing to projects for potential clients in Angola, as part of an experimental initiative aimed at establishing its software development department. In addition, I continue to build my own projects as I prepare to launch my startup soon. I work with focus, responsibility, and a constant willingness to learn, always aiming to deliver thoughtful solutions and meaningful results.

ProjectDNA
ProjectDNA is an AI-powered architecture governance system that ensures AI-generated code remains consistent with a project's existing architecture, coding standards, and business requirements. Modern AI coding assistants often generate code that ignores project conventions, introduces incompatible technologies, or violates architectural decisions, resulting in architectural hallucinations and increased maintenance effort. ProjectDNA solves this by maintaining a structured knowledge base containing project architecture, coding guidelines, folder structure, dependencies, API conventions, security rules, business context, and design decisions. Before any prompt is sent to an AI model, ProjectDNA automatically injects only the relevant architectural context, enabling the model to generate code that aligns with the existing codebase. The solution includes a lightweight CLI that allows developers to initialize architecture memory, validate project consistency, and retrieve contextual information. ProjectDNA is designed to integrate with Fireworks AI running on AMD Instinct GPUs, enabling fast inference using open-source large language models such as Llama 3 and Qwen. Our goal is to reduce architectural hallucinations, improve developer productivity, accelerate onboarding, and help teams build reliable, scalable, and maintainable software systems.
