Divine Anyanechi (Swhavy) Divine Anyanechi, known professionally as Swhavy, is a self-employed full-stack developer and entrepreneur based in Owerri, Nigeria, operating under the brand Swhavy Collective Technologies (SCT). He specializes in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Firebase, with a focus on fintech and SaaS products, and freelances across development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing. He is currently in his final year of Mechatronics Engineering at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), bringing an engineering foundation to his software work. Through SCT, he offers solar energy solutions, software development, and brand design services to local businesses in Owerri. Divine is currently building FinI, a fintech application that honestly tracks cash spending uncertainty for Nigeria's cash-heavy economy, developed for the AMD Developer Hackathon: Act II, Unicorn Track. The project reflects his broader interest in building financial tools that meet Nigerians where they actually are, rather than assuming purely digital money habits. FinI — A mirror for the money we've never been taught to see There's a shame nobody talks about in Nigeria: watching cash leave your hand and having no idea where it went days later. Not carelessness, just no tool built to show you. It's the quiet frustration of a student living on unpredictable transfers, a trader running on instinct with little visibility into cash flow, or anyone who's sent someone money to collect cash, only for that trail to disappear. Every finance app assumes money only matters once it's digital. We built FinI because we lived inside that gap. Financial Identity isn't a metaphor, well it's the ability to understand who you are with money by seeing it clearly instead of guessing. Most apps either fake precision or stop helping once cash leaves the bank. We'd rather be honestly uncertain than confidently wrong. FinI treats money as two different realities. Bank transactions are facts and are tracked as facts. Cash becomes a Cash Pool that fades in certainty over time until something real updates it. On top sits an AI companion, powered by Qwen through Fireworks AI on AMD, turning financial data into natural, timely insights. It doesn't lecture as it gently catches patterns, saying things like, "That's three days ahead of your usual spending pace," before regret sets in. Mono, Nigeria's open banking infrastructure, is our long-term source of truth for bank data. Our current mocked integration is designed to swap directly into Mono once full access is available. We've watched people abandon finance apps not because they lack discipline, but because those apps demand certainty that doesn't exist in a cash economy. Our vision is for FinI to become a trusted financial companion for everyday Nigerians, helping replace fear and guesswork with understanding and confidence.
