About me

Goga Kvaratskhelia is a Web3 entrepreneur and founder of Digital Village, a Georgian agri-fintech startup leveraging blockchain and AI to regenerate rural economies. With over 15 years of multidisciplinary experience in infrastructure, engineering, and digital transformation, Goga has led national-scale projects while architecting Digital Village to empower landowners, farmers, and micro-entrepreneurs through smart contracts, tokenized value exchange, and sustainable supply chain models. Since launching in 2020 after winning a UNDP-GITA-RDA hackathon during the COVID crisis, Digital Village has grown into a multi-layered ecosystem integrating fintech, greentech, and agritech—offering tools such as staking-based farming contracts, inspection automation (ISO 17020), AI-driven crop recommendations, and futures-based product marketplaces. Goga also founded KvaryChain, a Web3 infrastructure powering programmable agricultural finance and regenerative labor incentives. He has represented Georgia at global forums such as the UN Regional Forum on Business & Human Rights, the Black Sea High-Tech Summit in Sofia, and international accelerators across the Caucasus, Central Asia, and the UAE. Passionate about regeneration, rural empowerment, and post-capitalist design, Goga is committed to building decentralized systems that align finance with nature and community-driven progress.
