The construction and heavy industrial sectors face a persistent challenge: human error in safety compliance leads to preventable accidents, costly project delays, and severe regulatory penalties. Manual oversight is often reactive, intermittent, and impossible to scale across complex job sites. "The Architect's Eye" is an autonomous, multi-agent AI system designed to shift the safety paradigm from reactive hazard reporting to proactive, real-time prevention. At the core of the project is a sophisticated agentic workflow managed by CrewAI, which orchestrates three specialized agents: The Watcher: Leveraging multimodal vision models, it processes high-resolution site imagery to detect safety violations—such as missing fall protection or confined space hazards—turning raw visual data into actionable safety insights. The Auditor: This agent acts as a regulatory expert. By utilizing a fine-tuned knowledge base of OSHA and international BIS safety codes, it cross-references visual findings against legal compliance standards, ensuring every alert is grounded in industry-standard protocols. The Reporter: The final orchestrator that synthesizes data into comprehensive, professional safety reports, complete with corrective action plans and regulatory citations. Designed for high-performance computing, my architecture is optimized for scalability. By transitioning from local development to the AMD Cloud, "The Architect's Eye" harnesses the power of high-performance GPU clusters to execute intensive multimodal processing and model inference with minimal latency. This project transforms the traditional safety inspection process into a seamless, automated, and hyper-precise operation. By replacing manual oversight with an autonomous, multi-agent network, we aren't just improving efficiency—we are setting a new standard for workplace safety and life preservation.
