
LeadOS is a white label agentic AI lead conversion platform that helps businesses turn raw campaign leads into qualified, human ready opportunities. It combines public lead capture, instant AI chat, AI voice calling, multilingual conversation handling, knowledge grounded objection responses, transcript analysis, lead scoring, RM handoff, follow up suggestions, and admin analytics into one operational workflow. The demo is configured for a financial services partner acquisition use case, where investment related leads are engaged instantly and routed to Relationship Managers with complete context. The same system can be customized for other industries by changing the knowledge base, scoring rules, prompts, branding, user roles, and handoff logic. LeadOS has four user facing surfaces: a client lead capture website, an admin portal, an RM portal, and a product demo website. The backend uses Supabase for database, authentication, realtime updates, and edge functions. The AI layer handles conversation, structured transcript analysis, scoring, summaries, objections, and next best actions. Mem0 is used for approved knowledge retrieval, while Vapi powers the voice call pipeline. After each chat or call, LeadOS classifies the lead as Hot, Warm, or Cold, creates RM tasks, and gives human teams the context they need to follow up faster. This fits the AI Agents and Agentic Workflows track because LeadOS does not stop at answering questions. It automates a complete lead conversion workflow from intake to AI engagement, qualification, scoring, routing, and human handoff.
