Currently, the chatbot provides recommendations by asking users about their desired specialties, such as primary care, women’s health, or specific fields like gastroenterology and cardiology. It also includes an optional paid appointment booking feature for revenue generation and plans to integrate pharmacy advertisements in the future. Looking ahead, the project aims to incorporate an NLP model to analyze patient reviews, enabling the chatbot to identify the best doctors based on user sentiment and ratings, further improving recommendations.
