About me
I operate a "Venture Studio" model that bridges the stability of National Policy with the speed of a Commercial Startup. I am currently building data infrastructures for the Philippine innovation ecosystem and looking for a Founding Technical Partner (Full-Stack) to own the end-to-end build—from the RAG/Agentic backend to the consumer-facing frontend. We are deploying two synergistic projects simultaneously: Project A (The National Sandbox), which uses AI Agents to automate workflows for a government network of 34 Technology Transfer Offices; and Project B (Bagel), a B2B2C discovery engine that aggregates institutional data to match students with high-value opportunities. My unfair advantage is proprietary market access. I lead the digital strategy for a government-backed network of 90+ Institutions (34 Universities + 59 Incubators), giving us a direct data ingestion pipeline and a feedback loop with thousands of users that typical startups cannot match. I bring proven execution to the table, having reached the Global Finals of the Alibaba E-Commerce Challenge (Top 2%), placed Top 4 in the KPMG x Microsoft AI Challenge, and secured eligibility for equity-free National Grants (DOST-PCIEERD). With Project A fully government-funded and Project B backed by this network, I offer a de-risked runway for a builder ready to ship.

VANTAGE- TTO Operating System for Emerging Markets
VANTAGE addresses the critical "Valley of Death" in emerging market innovation ecosystems, where $500B in annual R&D investment achieves only 20% commercialization rates due to bureaucratic bottlenecks. THE PROBLEM: Technology Transfer Offices in emerging markets face unique challenges that Western solutions ignore. In the Philippines, patent searches take 15 hours with 40% error rates. Fairness Opinion Boards require 12-month approval cycles. By the time paperwork clears, technologies are obsolete. OUR SOLUTION: VANTAGE is an agentic orchestration layer built on IBM watsonx Orchestrate that coordinates multiple specialized agents to automate the entire tech transfer workflow. Unlike other solutions using mock data, we validate against 60 real USPTO patents with ground truth labels, achieving 85% accuracy. KEY DIFFERENTIATORS: 1.
