I am a Quality Assurance–focused Customer Success Lead with a background in ICT and a strong track record in system testing, user support, and process improvement. I specialize in ensuring that digital platforms are not only functional, but reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with real-world needs. In my work with a school management system, I play a critical role in quality assurance by identifying system gaps, testing new features, and validating workflows before they reach end users. I work closely with technical teams to flag defects, improve system performance, and ensure seamless user experiences for schools, parents, and administrators. My experience includes developing QA checklists, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and supporting system rollouts with a focus on minimizing errors and maximizing adoption. I am particularly skilled at translating user feedback into actionable improvements, bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical users. In addition to QA, I bring hands-on expertise in troubleshooting IT systems, supporting financial tools like QuickBooks, and training users to confidently navigate digital platforms. My approach is detail-oriented, analytical, and driven by a commitment to getting things right before they go wrong. I am focused on building systems that work under pressure, scale efficiently, and deliver consistent results.

Stahk Orchestrator is a decentralized marketplace for the Agentic Economy. It moves beyond rigid AI subscriptions by allowing users to submit complex, real-world goals and dynamically hire specialized AI agents to execute them. Quality is maintained through an automated vetting system that pings developer APIs to verify agent latency and response integrity before they are permitted on the marketplace. Powered by a domain-aware RAG knowledge base to prevent hallucinations, the platform features a fully automated workflow: users pay micro-transaction fees per task, funds are securely held in escrow, the Orchestrator autonomously dispatches the agents, and creators are paid upon successful task completion. It's a complete ecosystem where AI agents are the workforce and users are the managers.
