The mediation process begins by identifying the roles of the participants: the individual raising the concern and the person responding to it. The application dynamically adapts its responses, ensuring that each party feels heard, acknowledged, and supported. Whether addressing personal misunderstandings or workplace conflicts, the AI mediator offers thoughtful prompts and questions to foster constructive discussions.
