This alienates casual readers and leaves revenue on the table. Arc Micropayments is our solution: a decentralized, pay-as-you-go platform that makes monetization fair and seamless. While our demo uses article sharing, this architecture is designed for any creator-consumer economy (video, music, APIs, etc.). The core innovation is our AI Agent Swarm. When a user clicks a post, a Google Gemini agent instantly negotiates a fair, personalized price in milliseconds. It uses a 3-round consensus model (consumer, creator, mediator) and weighs factors like creator reputation, content popularity, and user history. We also integrated ElevenLabs for native voice control. Users can tip creators or manage their wallet just by speaking (e.g., "Tip 5 USDC"). This is all built on Arc. Users make a one-time, non-custodial prepayment into our `PayoutVault` smart contract. Our platform then meters their reading time (tracking focus and visibility) and debits their account. At the end of the day, our admin system aggregates thousands of these micro-reads and settles all creator payouts in a single, gas-efficient batch transaction on the Arc network using USDC.`
