Kairos is a B2B SaaS platform designed to eradicate the high operational cost of legacy code and the lack of internal documentation. Currently, the onboarding process for new engineers takes weeks, and architectural knowledge remains hostage to a few key developers, creating bottlenecks and massive financial losses. Our solution responds directly to the IBM hackathon objective: "Turn idea into impact faster". Kairos automates system comprehension through a secure OAuth integration. The system operates with a two-phase architecture: first, a deterministic block reduces code volume using AST analysis and regex conditional expressions locally, optimizing API consumption. Then, a cognitive block orchestrated by LangChain and CrewAI, using the ibm/granite-8b-code-instruct model from watsonx.ai, analyzes the compressed structure. IBM Bob IDE was our development partner to structure this flow and define the JSON contracts between modules. AI agents act as architects and auditors, writing a complete technical guide that includes Mermaid.js diagrams, technical debt analysis, security audits, and logical maps. The final result is an interactive web portal that allows engineering directors and B2B consultancies to reduce project comprehension time from days to minutes, ensuring that the client's proprietary code is processed under strict security standards.
