About me
I think in systems — from data ingestion to the end user, from the philosophical question to the running inference. I studied Philosophy at UFRJ before Computer Science — I learned to think before I learned to build. The interesting problems in AI live at the seam between what a machine can parse and what a citizen needs to understand. AI is a component in that architecture, not the point of it. Over the past two years that produced five platforms in production — plus Cidadão.AI (20 AI agents, 30+ federal APIs, sub-180ms p95), which started as my thesis and is now the flagship. Ten Railway services, 322+ API endpoints, a Python SDK on PyPI. I contribute to open source — first LangChain integration for Maritaca AI, contributions to DSPy and Instructor. I publish papers and write about what I build.
