Bright Data Hiring Lead Agent is a full-stack AI sourcing tool that turns a simple hiring brief into a ranked, reviewable shortlist of candidates. A recruiter enters a search configuration, and the agent uses Bright Data's SERP API to discover candidate leads from across the public web, then normalizes and deduplicates each profile into a clean record. From there, the pipeline fans out parallel LLM enrichment workers that gather context on each candidate and synthesize report-ready summaries. Every candidate receives an explainable fit score, so reviewers understand not just who matched, but why. The result is presented in a Next.js interface with step-by-step pipeline visualization, so users can watch discovery, enrichment, and scoring progress in real time. Recruiters stay in control through a human-in-the-loop review stage: each lead can be approved, rejected, or flagged as needing more information, and the full list or approved-only subset can be exported to CSV for use in any downstream ATS or outreach tool. The system is built with a FastAPI backend and a Next.js frontend, with an optional Electron desktop shell. It runs in a credential-free mock mode for instant demos, or in live mode using Bright Data SERP for discovery plus OpenAI (or local Claude/Codex CLIs) for enrichment. It deploys cleanly to Vercel and Railway, making it easy to go from local experimentation to a hosted, shareable hiring agent.
