The Invoice Parser Agent makes handling invoices super easy. Instead of manually typing details from an invoice into a spreadsheet, you can simply take a picture of it, and the agent does the rest. Here’s how it works: First, the OCR Agent reads the text from the photo, even if it’s handwritten. Next, the Parser Agent organizes that messy text into useful fields like invoice number, dates, vendor name, items, and totals. Then, the Validator Agent checks everything to make sure the data makes sense—for example, that the totals add up correctly and the dates are valid. Finally, the Exporter Agent neatly sends all this information straight into a Google Sheet. In just a few seconds, what used to take a lot of manual effort is now automated, accurate, and ready to use.
