Designed to enhance employee engagement and streamline HR operations, the bot monitors satisfaction through conversations, leveraging sentiment analysis to interpret responses. Satisfaction levels and employee names are updated in the PostgreSQL database, with clear and insightful charts provided for HR to make informed decisions. Additionally, we employed meticulous prompting with one-shot learning to enhance the Large Language Model's ability to accurately classify sentiments within conversations. Furthermore, our project is well-suited for integration into IBM's Human Resources Process Automation.
