When large number of applicants apply for a job role then it's really difficult to choose the best ones by going through each resume. Our product "Profile Picker" provides businesses ability to sort best resumes based on the job description. Our ML model understands the meaning of the words that are in the resumes and in the job descriptions and it also gives multilingual support which means job description and resumes can be written in different languages.
