It is difficult for school students in Kazakhstan to access reliable information about academic competitions, olympiads and volunteer programs. The information is frequently spread out and available in school announcements, social media or university websites with unequal access, particularly in rural areas. Portfolio+ addresses this issue by offering a one-stop multilingual web-based platform tailored to the needs of Kazakhstan. The platform brings together regional and international opportunities and creates a digital ecosystem. It uses a custom filtering algorithm according to the user's grade, city, interests etc. to reduce the complexity of search. Furthermore, Portfolio+ features a GPT-powered AI assistant that offers personalized recommendations and insights, assesses portfolio performance, and guides students through university pathways. Created with HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TS with a solid database structure, the minimum viable product was developed. Through opportunity discovery, portfolio tracking and university matching, Portfolio+ provides students with the tools they need to create competitive academic portfolios and promotes equal access to education nationwide.
