We built Echelon to tackle email overload by prioritizing, summarizing, and automating responses while keeping users in control. Using IBM Graniteās advanced reasoning, we generated context-aware replies and provided real-time voice feedback for draft approval. For information retrieval, we implemented RAG through ChromaDB, allowing our system to pull relevant past conversations and user-specific context for more accurate responses. Echelon automatically filtered spam, handled multiple emails at once, and sent smart alerts for high-priority messages. Hands-free interaction made email management effortless, while live reasoning updates ensured precision. With seamless IMAP/SMTP integration, we designed Echelon to cut email management time and improve productivity without sacrificing personalization.
