The platform decouples transactional processing from heavy AI computation, running seven specialized decision models—covering vendor matching, bid evaluation, predictive maintenance, fraud detection, dynamic pricing, procurement risk scoring, and product recommendations—on AMD Instinct MI300X GPUs via Triton Inference Server and Hugging Face Transformers. Buyers can discover vendors, compare machines, manage digital tenders, and place orders with automated risk assessment, while vendors manage catalogs, receive AI-driven pricing guidance, and bid competitively on tenders. Admins oversee flagged transactions and monitor model health in real time. Every AI model outputs actionable decisions rather than conversational responses, with hard-coded backend guardrails enforcing outcomes and deterministic fallbacks ensuring reliability if the AI cluster becomes unreachable. Built with a Next.js 16 and React 19 frontend featuring 3D machine visualization, and an Express.js/TypeScript backend deployed on AWS, Samanvay demonstrates a production-grade architecture for scalable, decision-driven industrial commerce.
