Upon logging into a specific branch, such as Eastwood Med or Westwood Med, administrative users are greeted with a real-time dashboard displaying available, active, and on-leave medical personnel, alongside an icon linking to a manageable 50-profile employee database. The system tracks structural units—including Maternity, Surgery, ICU, and General wards—utilising a color-coded triage indicator (Green, Yellow, Orange, Red) to signal acute understaffing risks. Driven by an integrated AI model, A+ continuously analyses this operational data to provide proactive staffing recommendations, automatically generates structured text shift schedules optimized for SMS/WhatsApp distribution, and features a dedicated mass casualty trigger button to instantly alert networked facilities of sudden patient surges.
