AI Healthcare Data Analyst Assistant is an intelligent healthcare analytics platform designed to simplify medical data analysis using Artificial Intelligence. Healthcare professionals can upload patient datasets in CSV or Excel format, and the application automatically performs data exploration, visualization, filtering, and statistical analysis through an easy-to-use Streamlit interface. The system generates interactive dashboards including disease distribution, BMI analysis, age distribution, glucose trends, and patient health insights using Plotly charts. Users can filter patients by disease type to analyze specific groups more effectively. The core feature of the application is its AI-powered reporting system. By integrating Llama 3.2 through Ollama, the platform converts raw healthcare statistics into professional medical reports. The generated report includes an Executive Summary, Key Findings, Risk Analysis, Healthcare Recommendations, and Conclusion in clear, easy-to-understand language. The application also performs automatic data quality checks such as identifying missing values, duplicate records, and dataset statistics before analysis. This ensures cleaner data and more reliable insights. The project demonstrates how local Large Language Models can assist healthcare professionals without relying on cloud APIs, making the solution faster, more private, and cost-effective. The platform can be extended for hospitals, clinics, healthcare researchers, and medical students to improve clinical decision-making and healthcare data interpretation.
