This manual debugging process is not only frustrating but also slows down development cycles and delays critical deployments. CI Doctor AI solves this problem by acting as an intelligent DevOps assistant. Built with a responsive React/Vite dashboard and a robust Node.js backend, CI Doctor AI seamlessly integrates with your GitHub repositories. When a GitHub Actions workflow fails, our system automatically intercepts the event and fetches the raw error logs via the GitHub API. Instead of forcing developers to read the logs, CI Doctor AI feeds the context into Google Gemini AI. Gemini analyzes the stack traces, pinpoints the exact file and line causing the failure, and explains the issue in plain English. Beyond just identifying the problem, it generates an actionable solution complete with code diffs that developers can immediately apply. The architecture is designed for resilience, featuring intelligent fallbacks and retry logic so that developers always receive guidance, even during API rate limits. By turning 30 minutes of painful log-digging into a 5-second automated diagnosis, CI Doctor AI helps teams ship software faster, reduce downtime, and eliminate deployment stress.
