This project introduces a fully autonomous, AI-powered escrow system built on the Arc network with USDC settlements. It is designed to remove trust barriers between clients, service providers, and arbiters by combining verifiable data, AI-driven decision logic, and smart-contract automation. The system allows clients to deposit USDC into an on-chain escrow contract. Providers submit deliverables via IPFS CIDs, which AI agents verify before approving payment. If work is correct, the AI agent approves and triggers automatic fund release to the provider. If issues are detected, the system initiates an AI-guided dispute flow involving an arbiter agent, ensuring a fair resolution. The platform demonstrates how autonomous agents can manage money on-chain—handling approvals, refunds, and disputes—without manual intervention. This showcases the future of intelligent, self-governing financial workflows powered by Arc, decentralized compute, and secure verifiable data.
