
MemoriaMD is an AI-powered clinical learning platform that transforms lecture PDFs into personalized, interactive learning experiences. Instead of passively reviewing notes, students upload their own lecture materials and practice clinical reasoning through AI-generated patient encounters, adaptive assessments, and personalized study resources. The platform extracts knowledge from uploaded lectures to create a structured Teaching Blueprint, which drives a modular multi-agent AI pipeline. Students can complete realistic OSCE-style patient interviews, receive detailed examiner feedback, and automatically generate targeted clinical MCQs based on their performance. They can also create high-yield MCQs and active-recall flashcards directly from any uploaded lecture PDF, ensuring every resource is tailored to their curriculum. MemoriaMD is built with FastAPI and React and leverages Gemma 3 27B Instruct through Fireworks AI for its AI capabilities. The project is fully containerized with Docker and designed to be scalable, modular, and easy to deploy. Our vision is to move beyond passive studying by giving every medical student a personalized AI clinical mentor that builds confidence, strengthens clinical reasoning, and better prepares them for real patient care.
