TeleGenesis OS is a high-performance, autonomous multi-agent network operations platform (NMS) designed to automate telecom diagnostics, incident resolution, and network optimization. Developed by RedLine Devs, the platform addresses legacy mixed-vendor silos (Nokia OSS, Ericsson ENM, Cisco NSO) and manual troubleshooting overhead by introducing an automated, self-healing network workflow. The system unifies incoming syslog data, SNMP traps, and telemetry streams via a pluggable Data Connector Layer, translating raw metrics into a standardized schema. To isolate incidents, the async AI Agent Engine orchestrates 15 specialized domain agents concurrently (Performance, Alarm Correlation, Log Analysis, Security, CX) to evaluate anomalies and build a unified Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Computational efficiency is maximized through a dual-model topology routing fast sweeps to GLM 5 Pro 2 and consensus synthesis to DeepSeek V4 Pro, while utilizing 0ms local deterministic fast-paths (like regex threat scans and CX drop-rate heuristics) to offload LLM costs and eliminate API latencies. This high-concurrency multi-agent execution is accelerated by AMD Instinct™ MI300X server clusters via Fireworks AI. Leveraging the MI300X’s 5.3 TB/s memory bandwidth and 192GB HBM3, all 15 agents run simultaneously with near-zero latency degradation. Backed by the ROCm open stack and FireAttention kernels, the engine achieves a 4x speedup in token generation. Operators validate configurations safely using sandboxed "what-if" simulations on our Digital Twin Simulator. Tested at scale with over 14 million telemetry lines, TeleGenesis OS reduces MTTR from hours to under 20 seconds.
