Our Hackathon Idea: DAIRE - Transforming Real Estate Through AI Intelligence We’re building DAIRE (Dubai AI Real Estate Interactive Explorer), a voice-first platform reimagining property discovery in Dubai’s multilingual market. The Problem: Property search is fragmented. Clients jump between listing sites, Google Maps, and agents, manually filtering hundreds of options. Agents struggle with repetitive tasks and tracking scattered client preferences. Our Solution: DAIRE unifies the real estate journey with two connected experiences For Clients: A voice-driven 3D map assistant powered by Gemini Live where users talk naturally: “Show me 3-bedroom apartments in Dubai Marina under 2.5 million.” The AI displays properties on photorealistic Google Maps and guides exploration conversationally. As users speak, DAIRE silently extracts budget, preferences, and requirements without forms. For Agents: A dashboard with context-aware assistant that auto-generates social media content, property descriptions, and campaigns using Gemini AI. Real-time intelligence shows what clients viewed, their preferences, and conversation history, synced from the map assistant. Technical Innovation: We engineered real-time audio streaming with low latency using Web Audio API and AudioWorklets, integrated Photorealistic 3D Tiles with Places and Grounding APIs, and built a custom GenAILiveClient. Everything runs on React 19 with Zustand and Supabase for enterprise security. The Gemini Advantage: We leverage multimodal Gemini models: gemini-2.5-flash-native-audio-preview powers voice conversations with context retention, while gemini-2.5-flash-latest generates content and market insights. The platform responds in 40+ languages including Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and Mandarin. Impact: DAIRE democratizes real estate, offering AI guidance to buyers and investors while empowering agents with automation. We’re transforming real estate from transactional to conversational.
