Developers shouldn't have to leave their editor just to write secure code. Yet today's workflow often means switching between source code, security scanners, AI assistants, documentation, and back again before a single vulnerability is fixed. We asked a simple question: **What if all of those steps became one continuous workflow? CodeGuard AI Studio is our answer. It brings an AI security expert directly to the developer's desktop, combining vulnerability detection, explanation, and automated patching into a single application. Built using Java 21, JavaFX, and Maven, the application allows users to open any source code file and run an **Initiate Security Scan**. The code is securely analyzed via the Fireworks AI API, powered by high-performance AMD Instinct™ MI300X accelerators, which returns a structured report of vulnerabilities. Each finding includes critical insights such as severity level, title, description, affected line number, and a targeted fix snippet. Unlike simple, rigid linters, CodeGuard AI Studio puts the developer fully in control. Users can review the AI's suggestions, apply the exact patch with a single click, inserting the fix directly into the editor, or manually refine the code before saving. The auto-save feature ensures fixes are persisted instantly. The application also maintains a complete scan history with human-friendly timestamps and click-to-restore functionality, supports multiple advanced AI models including DeepSeek and Kimi K2.7, and offers four polished themes: Dracula, Nord Dark, Primer Dark, and Primer Light. The result is a production-ready desktop application that transforms security from a separate task into a natural part of the development process, making secure coding faster, smarter, and more accessible.
