MachinaCheck is an autonomous multi-agent AI system that helps CNC shop managers determine whether a customer's part can be manufactured using their existing tools and machines — in 30 seconds instead of 30-60 minutes of manual analysis. The system accepts a STEP file (the standard CAD format in manufacturing) along with material type, required tolerance, and thread specifications. A cadquery-based geometry parser extracts all machining-relevant features directly from the STEP file — hole diameters, flat surfaces, chamfers, and bounding box dimensions — with 100% mathematical accuracy. The extracted features flow through a LangChain agent pipeline powered by Qwen 2.5 7B running on AMD Instinct MI300X via ROCm. Agent 1 classifies required CNC operations and tooling. Agent 2 performs deterministic tool inventory matching. Agent 3 makes the final YES/NO/CONDITIONAL decision with confidence scoring and action items. Agent 4 generates a professional manufacturability report. The privacy advantage is fundamental. Manufacturing customers sign NDAs protecting their design IP. A STEP file encodes proprietary geometry worth millions. Sending it to commercial APIs is a confidentiality violation. MachinaCheck runs entirely on AMD MI300X — no data ever leaves the shop's infrastructure. The AMD MI300X makes this possible. With 192GB HBM3 VRAM and 5.3 TB/s memory bandwidth, Qwen 2.5 7B delivers sub-3-second inference at a fraction of commercial API costs — with complete data sovereignty. Stack: Qwen 2.5 7B on AMD MI300X via ROCm and vLLM, LangChain, cadquery, FastAPI, Next.js on Hugging Face Spaces.
